In classrooms across Aotearoa and Australia, passionate kaiako are helping rangatahi not just earn qualifications, but dream bigger, think deeper, and take their first steps toward a career in tech. Yet, many of these educators are navigating growing pressure with limited time, outdated tools, and a disconnect between what’s taught and what industry actually needs.
We see you. And we’ve built the Pipeline with you in mind.
Why Educators Matter to the Pipeline
Educators are the first bridge between curiosity and capability. But too often, they’re forced to work in isolation unable to see where their learners go next, or what employers are actually looking for today.
The Whenua Tech Pipeline changes that. Here’s how:

Over the past few months, we’ve sat with educators across the motu from mainstream high schools to private tertiary providers. The message has been clear:
